FQPF8N60C 600V N-Channel MOSFET

A lot of people requested affordable version of Power Mosfet compared to IRF series. This is the one, FQPF8N60C, industrial grade N channel enhancement MOSFET manufactured by Fairchild Semicon. Using their proprietary, planar stripe DMOS technology, this transistor has been specially made to minimize on state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. Normally, they are used in high efficiency switched mode power supplies, active power factor correction, electronic lamp ballasts and many more.
