[3D PRINTED] Raccea Grinder Single-Dose Hopper and Bellows V3 (FINAL IMPROVED VERSION!)

This is a NEW AND IMRPOVED single-dose hopper, bellows and bellow gap assembly for the Raccea grinders. 

This is arguably the most advanced single dose hopper kit design.

Exclusively designed and produced by 3DExpress.my for Raccea 60mm grinder.

Kit comes with 6 piece kit : hopper with seal, bellow, air restrictor valve cap, and 3 pieces air stopper.

Hopper comes with a rubbery seal to prevent air leaks during compression stroke. Installation is as easy as pushing down and turning counter clockwise till outer lip is flush on grinder dial.

Bellow is ultra soft with just 200g of downward force to start compress and 800gm downward force to fully compress and is resistant to crack or tear even after prolong use.

Cap design comes built in internally with a valvular circuit air restrictor valve to dampen the air from escaping the cap during compression stroke, while allowing air to enter from outside to the grinder during the expansion stroke.

All part comes with 3 months warranty. 

IMPROVEMENTS in V3 Kit :
1) Double lip hopper for better load distribution on grinder case, preventing metal to metal grind during grinding operation while using the bellow.
2) Hopper comes with a tight seal for zero movement during operation
3) Bellows is now printed with a softer TPE material with just 800g downward force. (softest in the market by a large margin, GUARANTEED!)
4) Cap now comes with a built in valvular circuit air valve (a.k.a Tesla valve) to prevent over pressure during compression stroke and back flow of air during expansion stroke
5) 3 piece air stopper valve now comes standard with the purchase for the same low price.

Our product specification: Material: PLA+ / PETG [Food Safe Plastics] + TPE
Layer Height : 0.2mm 
Warranty period : 12 months against manufacturing defect. Wear and tear is not included.

Please take note that our product is 3D printed with PLA+ / PETG /TPU plastic material and then hand crafted, so there will be visible layer lines and minor imperfection when inspected up-close.
